What is your return policy on used equipment?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days. However, once a rubber has been glued or a blade has been used in play, it is no longer eligible for return.
How do I know which sponge thickness to choose?
Generally, thicker sponges (2.0mm+) provide more speed and spin for offensive play, while thinner sponges offer better control for defensive or all-around styles.
Are all the products on your site ITTF approved?
