At Tabletennisstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that custom-assembled paddles and used rubber cannot be returned once they have been applied or played with.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
